Welcome to the Serendipity House. The house was built in 2011. We hope you enjoy your stay here and find it cozy and relaxing. If you need anything please reach out!

The house is a three-bedroom, two-bath rancher style home, sitting on an acre of lawn and trees, rurally located near Highland Lake, NY, in Sullivan County. The full house is included with your booking, and there's lots of room in both front and back yards for kids to play, along with a large back deck with plenty of lounging space, gas BBQ and pizza oven.

Inside, we invite you to make yourself a cup of coffee at the coffee station, maybe make some breakfast if you're feeling ambitious. There's a full kitchen, dining room and living room for relaxing. We've stocked board games, dog biscuits, and in the evening you might want to use the fire pit and make some s'mores.

Property Information

• Heater/AC units are controlled with the remotes; there is a remote control for the living room and each bedroom.
• Instruction manual for Heater/AC is in the drawer of the tv table in the living room.
• There are extra towels and linens in each closet.
• The grill and the pizza oven share a propane tank; you can unhook it from one appliance and hook it up to the other as needed.
• Please be sure to close the propane after use and return the cover to the grill and pizza oven.
• Cleaning supplies and garbage/recycling bags are in the pantry.
• There are extra toiletries in the bathroom cabinets/drawers for your use.
• Iron and ironing board are in the master closet.
• Hair dryer, straightener, and curling iron are in the larger bathroom.
• We have a smart TV equipped with streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. Feel free to log in to your personal accounts and enjoy your favorite shows. Don’t forget to log out before you leave!
• The washer/dryer is situated in the hallway closet.
• The coffee station is equipped with a Keurig and a French press. There are whole beans and a coffee grinder, as well as K-cups. It is stocked with all kinds of coffee and teas, as well as fun add in for your coffee. Cups are also located in the bottom of the coffee station.
